Very satisfied with the way the classes are conducted. Especially ensuring that the whole body is exercised. It's a cliche but there's no better alternative to keep the mind and body fresh than exercise.
Truly transformational- my muscle strength, balance and flexibility has improved tremendously. I have managed to lose some weight and I am off my blood sugar medication. I have been testing my sugar levels before and after the exercise program and have consistently recorded at least a 20 to 30 point decrease on blood sugar readings after each session. Before I joined these classes I was very worried about my muscle strength especially with regard to my arm. Also because of two ankle fractures that I had earlier, I was concerned about not being flexible and was wondering if I could manage the exercises. The teachers have been amazing - they are patient, caring, motivated and totally dedicated. They take the trouble to make each of us feel comfortable- it is almost like a customised exercise program. It has kept me motivated and enthusiastic and I look forward to their sessions. My physical fitness has greatly improved and I am no longer worried about muscle strength, flexibility and balance anymore. There is no fear now as I look forward to 'growing young'!
I enjoy the classes as it's all inclusive from strengthening to aerobics relaxation balance and coordination. Glad it includes all and we are not rushed into doing these exercises. The trainers are dedicated and involved. I feel a lot fitter and I am glad I have joined these weekly online fitness classes.
Excellent training methods, well paced , keeping in mind the age of the participants. At the same time, good monitoring of each participant by the team with sensitivity. The classes have helped strengthen my legs, body balance and overall fitness. In addition, the WhatsApp messages in exercises to do between classes have been very helpful. Capable physiotherapists team, tailor-made exercises for seniors group.

Good course. Carefully planned for seniors. In addition, the facilitators keep an eye on the participants and do not let them overdo things. My mobility and flexibility have improved, although I've not been very regular.
