What is Acupressure?

Acupressure is a simple but powerful finger pressure technique which has been part of the traditional healing systems of Japan, China and India.

Why is it important?
Acupressure stimulates specific points in the body to remove blockages, balance and direct the flow of energy, and relieve pain in the corresponding parts of the body. In acupressure we simply massage the points with our fingers – which once you learn from an expert, you can do it yourself, in the comfort of your own home!

  • The correct techniques to apply acupressure on yourself or a loved one to help ease common ailments like acidity, gas, migraine, aches and pains etc
