These Pranayama breathing exercises are ideal for seniors. You may participate seated on a chair or on the floor. This practice is both relaxing and beneficial for your physical health.

The class is excellent and the teacher is amazing. Her voice is soft and soothing, which is very essential for pranayama! She is patient and knowledgeable. I really enjoy the class a lot. It keeps me calm and serene throughout the day! Regular practice with these classes helps to keep our balance, enhances focus and increases oxygen supply to our body. It has helped lower my hypertension.
