This is an idea of India as envisioned in our Constitution; of a state of harmony between people from varied backgrounds coming together to create a new world where differences are understood and celebrated; of a state where the diversity of people is embraced as an aspirational goal.

Among the best living examples of this motto are the countless men, women and children who are bound together as a result of mixed marriages.

We at Silvertalkies are blessed to have many members for whom this is nothing more than a way of life. These are couples, parents of mixed couples and children of mixed marriages.

Anchored by our member Nand Kumar, this session is conceived to share and learn from these blissful unions, to understand what makes them so special and to celebrate the value and synergy they bring to the concept of Unity in Diversity.
