My grandfather died in 2006. Later on his demise in 2008 my both uncles took rights on my grandfather's property without knowing my mother who is also a legal daughter of my grandfather. As per the sections 6 and 8 of the Hindu Succession Act, you have rightfully inherited the grand father's property as your father's legal heirs. Your uncles have no right or claim over the same.
