Host Name

Raksha's journey into professional baking happened quite by accident. Originally from the field of advertising, her passion for baking led her to complete a course at IBCA in Bangalore. What started as baking for family and friends slowly grew into a full-time profession over the past eight years.

Specializing in breads, Raksha is excited to demonstrate a variety in this session. Alongside her culinary skills, she holds a B.Com and LLB and is a trained Hindustani singer with film songs and cassettes to her credit. She previously headed an advertising agency in both Mumbai and Bangalore.
